as long as our efforts are appreciated.
We will always try to assist if you have a technical enquiry providing any subsequent purchase is made from us rather than an alternative supplier who is unable to offer support. We are not sponsored by any manufacturer
and we keep our website up to date and free from adverts to provide
a quality 'spam' free resource. We may not reply to requests for
information which we consider will be used for commercial gain.
We DO NOT maintain any information for Bosch spark plugs or glow
plugs, please contact a Bosch dealer for help with your Bosch enquiry.
Shipping:
Most parts are in stock for despatch the same day. We keep virtually all parts listed on this site in stock, although some rarely requested parts may be subject to back order. We always despatch at the earliest possible opportunity. Shipping is charged at cost - unlike many Internet traders, this ensures that overall our prices are the lowest in the UK if not the world! Shipping to European destinations outside the United Kingdom is charged at a minimum £4.70 (net) and additional charges may apply for heavier items such as lead sets. A signature is always required upon receipt for International orders. Shipping to destinations outside Europe is by arrangement only and cleared payment by wire transfer may be necessary before we can despatch goods. Postage for orders shipped outside Europe is charged at approximate cost. Please note that we are not able to sell to customers in the USA/Canada for legal reasons. All transactions are 'deferred' (held until we manually approve them) and screened very carefully, AVS and CV2 values are always checked and we carry out random and targeted telephone confirmation/verification. Please ensure you include a telephone 'land line' contact number to ensure timely processing of your order. Suspicious activity is always reported to our clearing bank for investigation. |
